Cancellation & return
As a customer, you have a 14 days cancellation period.
The cancellation period starts on the day you received your item.
You must, within 14 days, inform us that you wish to return your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to email@example.com.
In your message, please let us know that you wish to exercise your right of returning your item and get a refund.
You cannot regret the purchase by just refusing the item at delivery, without giving us a clear notice of this.
If you regret the purchase in a complaint process, the return can only be made when the complaint has been completed.
Items inspected before purchase cannot be returned.
Special orders cannot be returned.

You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us, that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Costs related to the return of the goods are borne by you and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Condition of the item, when you post it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration of the item’s value, due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the bag, characteristics and the way it works.
You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it in real use.
If the product is used in addition to what is described above, we consider it as the item has been used, which means that, in the case of return of the purchase, only a part or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the item’s commercial value.
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid. Any potential deterioration of the item’s value is deducted from the purchase amount.
We make repayments with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
The refund is made once we have received the product and checked it complies with the rules for the refund.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
