You can pay in cash at collection or by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, the order number is stated as the subject. The item will be sent when the payment is registered.
Items cannot be reserved or set aside without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another item should you change your mind.

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.laulayluxury.com.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to email@example.com.
In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
If the purchase is canceled in a complaint process, the return can only be completed when the complaint has been completed.
Items that have been inspected before purchase will NOT be returned.
Ordered items are NOT returned.

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Expenses in connection with the return of the item are borne by you, and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

The condition of the item when you send back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works.
You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. Any impairment is deducted from the purchase amount.
We will make a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will be made when we have received the item returned and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Purchase Act’s deficiency rules may apply.
You have a 24 month right of complaint, where you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a claim, the complaint is justified and the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, a complaint is not justified, you will be charged freight back and forth.
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will usually be made by bank transfer.
You must therefore inform Laulayluxury.com of the registration number and account number of your bank account.
